I ordered two totes, but one showed up in the wrong color. The weird part is the packing slip had the right info, so something feels off about how it got packed. Support did fix it eventually, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with.

I had to make a return and expected it to be a hassle, but it was quick and they swapped it out with no fuss at all. Really smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

The site was really easy to get around, I found what I needed quickly without any hassle.

I really like the idea behind this bag, and it does look cute in person. To be fair, the fabric feels sturdy and it’s definitely usable, so it’s not like I regret getting it. That said, for the price, I expected the finishing to be a little nicer. The stitching on one side looked a bit uneven, and the zipper doesn’t glide as smoothly as I’d hoped. Overall, it’s a nice bag with a good purpose, just not quite as polished as I expected.

I like the idea behind the site, but the layout feels kind of all over the place. Some pages look decent, then suddenly another page feels cramped and hard to read, like two different teams were secretly working on it and never compared notes. The colors and photos are fine, but the navigation didn’t feel smooth to me. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost seemed like the site was trying to hide the easy path on purpose. I just expected something cleaner, more modern, and easier to move around

I was expecting a bit more for the price. It’s not terrible, but it does feel like they’re charging more than it’s really worth.

My order went through without any problems but the shipping felt slow. I didn’t really get updates for a few days so I wasn’t sure what was happening. The package showed up in good shape though. Overall not bad just wish it got here faster for what I paid.

I really liked how this bag looked when I first got it, but umm, after just a few weeks the stitching started coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up a bit better. Kind of disappointed.

I bought a bag and didn’t expect to feel much beyond just liking the product, but it was a pleasant surprise knowing it helps provide meals for kids. It’s such a simple idea, but it actually made the purchase feel meaningful and useful.
